FDA R package for spatiotemporal point pattern analysis

In this communication we introduce the fdastppa package which incorporates a new procedure for functional estimation and prediction of log-Gaussian spatial point processes with SARH(1) intensity. This R package provides users a new Functional Data Analysis tool implementation, applied to spatiotemporal point patterns analysis. In particular, this R package allows FDA techniques to be applied to disease mapping, adopting a point process approach in function spaces.
