Size of the posters should be A0 (841 x
1189 mm).
Every participan is responsible for their poster, the organization will not print, put up, take down or store posters.
Posters can be put up from the first day of the Conference (3rd September) and remain permanently in place. The poster should be put up in the panel with the number assigned. This number will be sent by e-mail and it will be published in the program and the proceedings of the Conference.
Every participant with a poster must go to the designated area for it (multiusos room) 10 minutes before the sessions, to ask the corresponding questions. Participants can ask for the material to put up the poster at the registration desk. They must take down the posters at the end of the last session.
