Con fecha 20 de mayo de 2019 se ha publicado en el BOE la convocatoria y bases del Premio en Estadística Oficial 2019 «Premios INE, Eduardo García España».
Con esta Orden, el Ministerio de Economía y Empresa, a través del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), desarrolla un premio destinado a estimular la investigación científica, la innovación y el estudio en el ámbito de la estadística oficial entre académicos, investigadores y profesionales de los sectores público y privado.
