En esta ponencia se presenta un modelo pre-desastre para el posicionamiento de los centros de distribución de ayuda y el fortalecimiento de tramos de carretera. El modelo es estocástico y considera que la demanda en los centros afectados por el desastre y el estado de las carreteras son aleatorios. La incertidumbre se modeliza a través de escenarios que representan posibles desastres. La metodología se aplica a un caso de estudio sobre la provincia de Nampula en Mozambique.
